Yael is the Managing Director of Reut’s Leapfrog Center, an initiative that promotes economic and social development in Israel’s cities and regions through training and consulting services. Prior to this, Yael was the Head of the Socio-Economic Team at the Reut Institute, as well as Team Leader for a project promoting urban development in Tsfat. Before joining Reut, Yael worked in the IDF’s Strategic Planning Division, where she developed policy positions Knesset’s legislative initiatives. Yael also managed the Tel Aviv office of Yedid, an organization that helps minorities realize their social and civil rights.
Yael holds an M.A. in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University (2009), and a B.A. in Political Science, Sociology, and Anthropology from the Hebrew University (2006).
